The Good Shepherd Trust has a Trust wide Complaints Policy and Procedure which must be followed for any complaints. The policy sets out the procedure to be followed for all complaints, irrespective of which team member the complaint relates to. Alternatively, a copy be requested from the school office. 

SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PLAN 

The objectives (Key Priorities) below are from the school development plan for the academic year 2026-2027 

- Developing an oracy framework to promote high quality, purposeful pupil talk
- Improving mathematical fluency and reasoning
- To improve attendance rates for pupils eligible for Free School Meals, ensuring they attend school regularly and are able to access the full curriculum.
- To deepen and embed a shared understanding of SMSC with a focus on spirituality across the school community, ensuring that all pupils are provided with regular opportunities to reflect, explore, and grow spiritually through the curriculum, collective worship, relationships, and experiences, in line with the school's Christian vision.
